For some of us, email assistance isn't enough and it would be nice to receive a full consultation to find solutions through speaking with Michael. For those clients we offer a video chat service and begin by assessing your level of functionality using the
Golden Years Assist "GYA4" Levels of Care.
These levels help you discover where you are at with your strength and mobility.

Level 1 - You are experiencing a decline in balance, and strength. Unsteady on your feet periodically.
Level 2 - You are using a wheelchair some, or all of the time. Transfers are accomplished with standing pivot, or sliding board.
Level 3 - You are using a wheelchair full time. Unable to transfer independently. Weight shifting is difficult, or not possible.
Level 4 - A doctor has deemed you palliative, it's time to get your affairs in order and decide
where to spend your last few months so they are filled with love and joy.

Once we understand your functionality level, we can help you look at all of the options for you and your family and you can make the best decisions to live your best life in the years ahead. Once your GYA4 Levels of Care assessment is complete, we can now help you plan for the upcoming years or decades ahead.
We will help you answer common questions like: Is your home equipped with what you will need as your aging needs increase?
What can I do to improve my strength and mobility? What are my housing options as I age?
We will help you plan ahead to ease your stress and prepare you to stay in your home as long as possible. With our guidance, you will select the right equipment for your home and maintain your independence as long as you can. We will help you assess risk factors, and
maintain or build strength and energy to do what you love.
Together let's remove the fear of what's ahead by planning and being ready saving you and your family a lot of stressful surprises as you age.
